None of these photos came out well. She closes her eyes in all the flash photos + the other ones are very dark. She is also sleepy in a lot of these. She usually doesn't seem so bummed. =D

This video doesn't show up well but her purring is amazingly adorable:

Bijou does this silly thing, where she'll be playing with a toy, + then she will just flop over to get down closer with it... :)

Adorable!

btw does that GABA stuff really work? I am thinking of trying it out as a lot of the herbs I've tried vaguely work.

I was using a GABA product called Gaba Calm which was a sublingual that I was taking about 1-2 hours after I woke + as needed. I have since stopped and switched to Klonopin.
I think Gaba Calm made a slight difference. I'd take if I could start to feel my mind trailing off to a silly idea. I would then lay down to help just calm down my body.
I remember feeling calmer, but what I've noticed w/ starting a medication is it doesn't slap you in the face w/ results as you begin, it has to build. I stopped using the Gaba to swtich to Klonopin though because I still felt worried, the results obviously weren't as outstanding as I wish.
However, the Klonopin, which I've been taking for about 3 months, I never noticed feeling "calmer" or less "worried", just that my mood was more stable. BUT!, about 5 days ago, I ran out of my prescription, + I can most definitely tell. I've began thinking about the same ideas like... "Everything is wrong + I can't fix it" + "Oh my god, did I just sound like a jackass?" for sustained periods of time. A new one that I never had is "Is my cat happy? I hope she's happy. I am bad cat owner. I am not there for her enough." Just aboslutely unneccassary worries.
SO, my point being is, yes, I noticed feeling "better" with Gaba Calm, but, I'd say the real test to answer that would be to go cold turkey. I think the laying down to help calm my body also aided. I would give it a shot if I were you. However, if you do decide to take a prescriptin drug, Klonopin has been quite helpful I have now noticed. I'm no't hot about taking unnatural medicine, but, this got to the point where my worries were incessant + it froze me from completing a thing.

I hope that my whole story helped out a tiny bit. :) I tend to write overboard if I have a subject.
+ P.S. Thankyou to the cat comment. :)

Yeah I am incessantly worrying as well and having a hard time keeping calm. I get good moments somedays but lately it's been really hard. I heard that Kava worked as well, was wondering if I could try that. I don't know. I have Ativan that I take 'as needed' but I'm scared of the addictive properties of it. Like it really helps quiet me down but I don't trust taking it every day. Were there other herbal things you took that helped? There's a whole pile of things I'm now taking but they don't work as well as I wish they would.
